But followers pointed out this massive amount of money would most likely barely make a dent in Moore\u2019s bank account.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m sorry, but you\u2019re asking your fan base to donate to a GoFundMe for your in-laws during a time when many are struggling to feed their own families is a bit tone deaf,\u201d said one person in disbelief.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cNot to mention the fact that it appears as though you personally didn\u2019t donate any of your own money to the fundraiser. It\u2019s horrible to expect others to financially help your family if you\u2019re not willing to even give them any money yourself.\u201d<\/p>\n

Commenters mentioned how she was in a better position to help her family, given the amount of money she reportedly makes<\/h3>\n

But others thought the backlash the 40-year-old received was uncalled for.<\/p>\n

Eventually, all the noise managed to capture the actress\u2019s attention as she gave an update shortly after the initial post, editing the original caption.<\/p>\n

But others thought the criticism of the actress was \u201cheartless\u201d<\/h3>\n
